In the UK, Pellikaan specialises in designing and building for the sports and leisure industry. Over the past 25 years, Pellikaan Construction has built dozens of sports related projects from Aberdeen to Exeter. Working for private and public clients including governments, developers, schools, multi-national organisations and various chains, Pellikaan has completed over 900 sports facilities in Europe. These include health clubs, racquet centres, tennis halls, swimming pools, and community sports centres. This makes us a leading construction company in the European sports industry. Internationally, approximately 50% of our annual turnover is generated through non-residential projects outside the sports industry.
In addition, the Pellikaan group operates multi-purpose sports centres in The Netherlands – the ‘Pellikaan Health & Racquet Clubs’. Our experience of this successful concept makes us a unique and innovative power in the sports construction industry.
