Pellikaan has realised various projects throughout Europe for which our specific experience with regard to design, construction and operation was made available through a consultancy order. These projects include a variety of sports facilities, offices, hotels, schools and appartments.
For some constructions, Pellikaan acted as consultants only – most notably, a number of sports centres in Poland and Russia that were built, financed and opened using our consultancy services. These centres also benefitted from our 30 years of experience as sports center operators, as we used our expertise to provide guidelines that are now used as the basis for the daily running of the centres.
