Construction on the new Horley Leisure Centre started. This centre will replace the ageing Horley Andersen Centre, which is currently being demolished. For Reigate and Banstead Borough Council, Pellikaan builds a new centre with a 25 meter pool, a teaching pool, a viewing room, sports hall, fitness and wet and dry changing rooms. The 151 parking places are for shared use by the centre and the football club. Pellikaan won the project through a design & build European tender competition.
