Our client sab won the German Award for PPP Innovations 2011 in the category Urban Development with the project Oversum Vital Resort in Winterberg. The award is for plans in which the public and private partners have realised joint projects which benefit both parties to an exceptional extent. The prize was awarded under the auspices of the secretary of state for finance, Mr Gatzer. Pellikaan is currently building this impressive building in Winterberg for sab.
