Boswijk Sports Centre Den Haag (The Hague)

The Boswijk Sports Centre has an impressive viewing gallery for 250 people, a martial arts room, meeting room. Besides the indoor sports fields are 2 outdoor asphalt fields with outdoor changing rooms and outdoor spectator stands for up to 250 people. Additional areas are for judges, first aid, teaching and a spacious restaurant. The centre is approved by the Dutch Olympic Commitee and Dutch Sports Federation.

Sustainability was a very important part in the design and build of this centre, for example: the use of, high-quality technical equipment for fully balanced air handling systems including heat recovery. HR lighting with motion sensors, water-saving devices. All of these things and more ensure this building maintains its high performance architecture, for many years to come.
