Health & Sports Club Vouershof Geleen

This fitness and health club  It is a transformation of a tennis and sports hall with an existing fitness centre and kids gym. We have added  new restaurants, a dance studio, spinning suite, swimming pool and sauna facilities.

Existing squash and tennis courts are maintained. For this work Pellikaan completed a feasibility study and made a complete overview of running costs in the acquisition phase.
