Following a design by DMP Architekten from Munich, the renowned Düsseldorfer Hockey Club (DHC) gave Pellikaan the order for construction of the new clubhouse with hockey hall.

The 37,000 m² terrain of DHC is fully rearranged. The chore of the new training centre is the elevated clubhouse and the adjacent Hockey Hall. The clubhouse has two major functionalities on its two floors. The ground floor has a restaurant, lounge area, kitchen and some ancillary areas, the first floor has a foyer and reception room, but allso meeting rooms, team rooms, offices for the trainers/coaches etc. Two large terraces are accessible from the first floor foyer.

The large hockey hall with spectator seating is also suitable for disabled sports.
