Inholland College Diemen

Large educational building of 14,000 m² with class rooms for theoretical as well as practical lessons, library, foyer etc. The complex was extended at a later stage with - among other areas - a day care centre.

The College in Diemen needed creative input to reach agreement with the investor. Pellikaan offered a satisfactory solution for the school as well as the investor: the building can easily be converted to an office building by some very simple measures, that way considerably reducing the long-term financial risk.
