Zandvoort Council's redevelopment plans for the city centre area are impressive and state or the art. Pellikaan is responsible for large parts of the development: the underground parking for 511 cars, 48 apartments, two schools, public library, sports hall, day care centre, council offices and a multipurpose event hall.

This has become a beautifully redeveloped area for the local community, companies and tourists.
