The existing tennis centre Valkencourt had 8 external and 12 indoor courtsand was in need of redevelopment. The existing building also had catering facilities and aa out dated fitness suite.

Pellikaan used their experience of operating tennis centres to aid with the design layout. Subsequently the centre design has helped it become one of the finest health centers Netherlands opened.

Facilitated in the building where 3 tennis courts and a luxury gymnasium with changing rooms, dance, spinning studio is realised. Furthermore new restaurants, sales, day care, the necessary staff and technology room, beauty salon and physio rooms. In addition, the centre was extended extended with a swimming pool, relaxation pool, infrared, steam and Finnish sauna facilities. Total 4,600 m²
